Our Story

Logifera began as a research project at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University when Leo Sturm and Ivy Yin discovered a shared frustration with the limitations of existing dyslexia support tools. They observed that while technology had advanced significantly, most solutions for dyslexic learners remained one-size-fits-all and failed to leverage the potential of artificial intelligence for personalization.

David Kuo joined the team after experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding effective support for his younger brother with dyslexia. His background in special education and user experience design completed the trio, bringing the essential human-centered perspective to their technical innovations.
